Default Idle Speed Increase

I know that you have heard of some intakes causing the engine RPMs to drop to 0 and shut off the engine after the clutch is pressed in for a while after WOT.
My question is: would a tune or an increase in idle speed cure this problem?

I have a Stillen High Flow Cold Air Box w/ z-tube, and I dont want just a K&N drop in filter.

Thanks...

very rare but easy problem generally to fix. most people have fixed this problem by resetting the ecu after the intake upgrade forcing the car to relearn.

Thanks for the feedback, but I have already reset the ECU after each mod.

You could use Cipher to raise the idle a bit.

I'd be more interested in finding out what exactly was causing the problem, though.

As a guess, I wonder if re-mapping the throttle body would help?
