Utec Knock on ECU just below 0 PSI.
Lately I have been getting some know on ECU, it usually happen when I'm close to hitting 0 PSI and before Utec takes over. Any one experiencing this and is there anything I can do or adjust? I'm using Load vs RPM so my 0 column are all -100 (ECU).
I never had this problem but this thing is really getting worst...

I was looking at some of my old logs and A/F and timing are pretty much the same. The only difference is my old logs was done in the middle of the summer (85-90 deg) with Stock G35 bumper and now is around 70-75 deg and I have a new bumper (better air flow). You guys think the denser air was that much of a big factor (but A/F are the same though)? Or maybe this is just a case of bad gas?

after loking at your logs a second time, what kind of driving is this whe it happens. i notice you are at 5000 plus rpms and well over 25 or 35 % throttle and still being controled by the ecu running zero load (probably because there is no boost). you might want to make an adjustment to have the utec in controll of those situations giving you better ability to tweek tune in the areas that are causing knock.

I don't know why my TPS is less than 40 way up in the RPM and I've never been way up that RPM with that kind of TPS. hmmm not sure if my TPS is out of wack but on WOT my TPS are 97-100 so it look like it is ok. I'm going to look at all my other logs this weekend if they have all the same problem (TPS less than 40%) but I know I also get a lot of knock below 3000RPM under ECU control too.Edit:
I just looked at my old logs and it is on par with my last few logs, A/f/Timing/TPS are pretty much are the same so I think it is just a case of bad gas and if it is not the then I'll go check my spark plugs since I do get some P0300 every now and then.

Hmmm... You do look pretty lean - especially for FI. And it doesn't seem like the UTEC ever steps in to take control of timing (except for the one time your TPS gets up to 79%) and even then it's only on Load Site 10!! I'd set the TPS threshold to 25%, and the RPM threshold to 2000. I'd also run some logs that show the knock events...

I did some more logging and it seem to be a little better, I will put some
higher octane gas and see if that help. It look at little lean but isn't that how the ECU target the A/F when cruising or at least part throttle? Also I'm getting P0300 the past few days, I usually get them maybe ones a month.

Update,
I only get the P0300 on Cold Start and never got them during any pull so I'm not worried. I did some more intense logging and some playing around with the A/F, I didnt get a single Knock
I was doing a couple of last Pull in my block and next thing I know there was a cop on the corner, I made a left turn right away at my block and prayed so hard that my Garage will open and close fast enough so I can hide
Man my Wastegate and Bov was screaming that I'm pretty sure he still driving around outside looking for me.
I only get the P0300 on Cold Start and never got them during any pull so I'm not worried. I did some more intense logging and some playing around with the A/F, I didnt get a single Knock

So did you accidentially put in some 89 octane?Also look in the temps correctiton parameters and make sure there is not timing teperature compensation.You dont want the utec changing timing on you.

The only thing I did is add + 1 on Temp Correction and let the timing to 0. I don't think I'm brave enough to play with the timing. I always get gas in NJ coz of the price and I always take the Turnpike going to Westchester, either one of my regular Gas Station had a Bad Gas or the guy accidentally put 89 which I doubt coz I always check when they pump. I went to different gas station the other day and since then no knock.
