Can someone please help me. I have a brand new UTEC with V2.8 and cannot get the spare solenoid to activate. Reading the forums it seems that v2.8 has a bug and will not activate the spare solenoid, only V2.6 will.

Yes, but 2.6 has a known mapping bug...

 

Damn, now I gotta search. I still run 2.6 since I didn't think I needed anything 2.8 offered. Care to elaborate so I can be lazy?

 

2.6 when making a change in a point of the map, it may not be making that change in that portion of the map. They swiftly released 2.7, then 2.8.

 

That may explain some things. Thanks for the feedback, I guess I know what I'm doing tomorrow.

 

I had soem issues with 2.6 where the UTEC would pull load info from a site that was 4 load sites higher than where it should have been.
