Has anyone gotten a flash from them recently?
I have tried contact everyone on this forum that I thought could be associated with them, got one PM back, replied, and it's been weeks. It was weeks before the first reply. I cannot find anything more on the web or in here. So if you or someone you know has any info regarding actually doing business with them, please send them this way.

You don't say that you have tried contacting them personally, but I can say that I have been e-mailing them for a bit now.
They also told me that they have a lot of projects going on right now, so that may be another reason why they haven't gotten to you message?
I say that this is too good of a product to "take your business elsewhere"

I know the UpRev guys are very busy...it took a few weeks for them to get to me but it was well worth it. Once they get you in they are great to work with and they listen to your needs. Just have to be patient...its only a couple of guys with a huge project list.

I just got my osiris kit in the mail last week. Loaded it on my car with the initial tune and can feel a good performance increase. Whereas my car would lose steam at the higher RPMs, now it pulls hard to redline. I'm going to go to the Dyno next week so I can have my AF measured (No WB sensors as I'm a 2003) and then I'll get a more customized tune.
I was in contact with them last week and I believe they are at SEMA.

Keep trying, they're busy, but very professional and willing to help. I also have a cell number if it's urgent. Otherwise, just wait. Every vendor is doing brisk business on the tuning front lately.
I had my ECU reflashed by UpRev a few months ago. Heck, I live only an hour away but it still took me several months to get an appointment with them since they are always busy but it was well worth the wait. I liked the fact that they have an in-house dyno. Just keep trying -- these guys are the genuises when it comes to tuning your 350Z.

Once you actually purchase Osiris, the UpRev guys will send you their cell phone numbers. Then, you can just call them.
Unfortunately, the UpRev guys don't have a large enough staff to answer calls from everyone interested in Osiris...

I can vouch that they are extremely busy.
I made a big deal about getting into their beta so I do self tuning, then work got slammed so I haven't even be able to mess with it at all.
Then out of the blue, Jared sent me another tune 2 days ago. So give them patience. It really is a great product.

We are an UpRev licensed tuner/dealer. If you like, give us a call or drop a PM or email. Email is best as we are very busy tuning during the day. But if you get me around 10-10:15 am PST I usually have a few minutes to talk. I'll answer any questions that I can for you.

I tried calling that number below but it rings and it says the voice mail box has not been set up yet so you cannot leave a message. Sent an e-mail also. No emergency, but need to get the car passed for inspection on Monday

Very professional to me is a timely response.
My business will be going to TS or AAM
Matt, I sent two emails to that address. I personally PM'd you and two others on here. I got one response, replied immediately, and that was over a month ago. Pity.
