I have similiar bolt ons to you and I am about to do a Technosquare reflash. http://www.technosquareinc.com/
I chose them because it seemed like the best fit for me. another one a lot of people do is Utec. I would do a search for both and see what you think. a reflash would seem like the easiest for minor bolt ons like you have, the way it works is you would take your ECU out of the car and ship it to whoever is flashing it for you, then they would flash it depending on the mods you have and ship it back to you. my guess is youll be W/O your car for a few days going this route. if you have a speed shop close to you that you can get dyno time on then it might be better to bring your tune to them and have it tuned w/ a dyno. the other one that seems to be pretty good is the uprev ecu reflash, you can do this one your self or through a speed shop. best thing to do is just search a lot. hope this helps.

i really dont think you could waste your money w/ a reflash, just make sure you have all of your bolt ons and such on before you do a reflash so you wont have to relfash multiple times. thatd be wasting money.

What do you mean? an additional reflash? it depends on what manufacturer you go with. technosquare charges $150 for an additional reflash for previous costumers.

I'm going to be selling my unichip If you want it send me a PM. I'm asking $350. shipped and I'll get it flashed to your mods at no extra cost. It's a plug and play system and I have all the original documentation in the box. I live in south Fla so I can cut $50.00 for pick up.

If you have someone who can tune a utec that is local then I would recommend that..

a. wether f.i or n/a you can still use it and have it tuned...w/seperate maps

b. you lose very little when its time to sell..I bought mine new for 720 and I wont lose much if I ever sell it...

those are my reasonings....good luck !

I just picked up a UTEC and i'm still N/A with the following:

HKS Hi-Power exhaust
Injen CAI
Motordyne ISO Thermal Copper Plenum, 5/16
JWT Clutch/Flywheel
etc.,

I went with it over the flash because I knew I would still continue to add performance based mods and didnt want to A) waste the money on reflashes which are not resellable and B) Have the ability to adjust on the fly

Anyway I'd say pick up a piggyback or parallel unit for resale, flexibility, and functionality

Just bought UTEC and TXS tuner. So reason as above, I can keep tuning it and learn to tune myself. Right now, I am NA, but if I wanted to go FI, the UTEC will
work too.

I thought you already got it tuned with the greddy emanage ultimate?

"intake, spacer, headers, test pipe, y pipe, 3 inch piping to single exit, cams, cam gears, injectors, greddy emanage ultimate, 75 shot...."

you posted that in an other thread....

i know but i saw now about reflashes which deal with the stock computers and i have been reading about the greddy emanage and how ineffective it is compared to other methods of tunning

i got ten horses out of the emanage and i spent a lot more than ten hose power worth of money
