What could you have possibly been waiting on? You had already confirmed pretty much everything I wanted to know in the thread previously. Shall I post what you said, to refresh your menory, and then match it to the PM I sent you? I can easily make this information public if you so choose.
Just man up and start working on customer service. Hyping your product online and then ignoring customers is not the way to go. Do you want to be the guy on the forums who has a rep for not responding to people? how long do you think you'll last doing that?

I do not. I have options of other tuners. They don't have the option as me as a customer.
You know nothing about how the world works, do you. It's called supply and demand.
Ooooh, I'm scared of pissing off UpRev. So scared of that that I went back to them and gave them another chance after they were negligent in the first place. They just proved to me twice that they are incompetent as a business.
I am informing others in the community that UpRev's customer service is terrible at best. You should be thanking me.
AAM, COBB, Technosquare, MRC, they all do reflashes and ECU tuning. They are not even my only options.
So please explain to me again how exactly I "need" UpRev, or their lack of CS???

The attitude of the two posters above me is part of the problem with the industry. WE pay THEM for a product. Just like any industry. If WE stop paying THEM, then THEY go out of business. Being that UpRev doesn't have a monopoly over the tuning business (actually it's the opposite, they are the least known, the most shady, and have the least amount of tangible info and results)
Get a clue people.

You're angry now (and probably have a right to be), but it also sounds like this has been escalating for awhile. It's not like you paid them X amount of money and then they blew you off, or did a crappy job. It sounds to me like they just don't want to deal with you now, and are probably glad they didn't take your money.

I answered all your questions in one of your other rant posts. If you want confirmation directly from UpRev, that's fine with me, but don't be such a jerk about it.
You are not the first to complain about UpRev not answering all their questions. UpRev is known for being hard to get a hold of. If they don't answer a PM or e-mail in a few days, send it again or call them up. Their phone number is on the front page of their web site. Incidentally they used to not publish their phone number until you were a customer, but do now to help people like you.
UpRev is a very small company. They spend most of their time working on products, testing products, and tuning cars. They have never been a company to send e-mails back and forth with a troll that might buy their product some day maybe. Get over it!
As far as informing the community... Your posts have certainly done that... although probably not in the way you think they have...

BTW. Is there ANY chance at UpRev offering a reflash for the very early Type I ecu G35 sedan guys? Since the ecu seems to share some with the VQ35 maxima, I think it might be worth researching if you can service them also?

Thats a toughy. It is very similar but then we wouldn't have a base map to even start you from. If you're near one of our Pro Tuners or local to Austin we'd be willing to give it a try.

To support the wideband O2 we have always used the Innovate LC1+, the 512k architecture we can get around though if anything happens while flashing it may mean sending in your ECU to get it reset, and the bench test boxes we may start making available on our website. These are all things we're going to try and set aside though till we update our website. At that point we may offer a full kit to combine all the things to one upgrade.

Awesome! Thanks for being upfront about it.
Do you have a list of Pro-Tuner locations if someone with a Type I ecu wants to let them take a crack at it?

You're located in the North West? Try www.intecracing.com
If they do decide to take a crack at my car:
1) What do you need them to do? ie.. copy the base maps or ?
2) Are they already set up to do a performance reflash?
3) If indeed something does go haywire, I have to get my ecu reset by whom?
Again thanks.

First they will need to get us the ROM, we patch that to work with our system and then they will be able to actually tune the car. They will have to do some dyno tuning for you and I'm not sure what they charge, but I know Lawrence has been around for ever in this business and knows what he is doing. Worst that could happen is that they would over night the ECU to us and we would reset it. But it's very rare that happens any more.
