Default Haltech and LC-1... AFRs reading 18-20 at idle

Anyone have any idea why my afrs are so off? I calibrated the sensor. Now when I turn the car on my afrs stay at 15.0 for a few seconds then shoot up to 18-20. When I drive it and go into a couple of lbs of boost it goes all the way down to 9...anyone have any damn clue why? Both the ecu manager and the wb guage are both reading the same number..about .2 points off from eachother.

I put the wideband sensor in the header just to make sure I didnt have a leak and I got the exact same reading.

perhaps your tune is off your not getting enough fuel at idle and too much under boost

Funny you said that...It is only a basemap..but that seems to be it..right where my idle is normally if I put it in neutral and came to a stop..it would stall...and rpms jumped everywhere..I just kept adding fuel in the cell until the afr went from 18 to 14.5-15.0 and the car purrs like a kitten. I only changde that cell and some close to it and now at any speed or at a stop...idle isnt close to stalling.

No, it was just a basemap to get the car running. I played with it for a few hours last night and got it running nice in the 14's. Also under boost it would go down to 9.5 and I brought it up to mid 10s low 11's(which is still rich but nice and safe)..the car drives like it did when it was bone stock now.

Glad to hear you got it all sorted. Feel free to email me if you have future problems as I don't always see this stuff right away.

Also, get that thing tuned - no excuses!
