IF A SHOP KNOWS HOW TO TUNE FCON WOULD THEY BE ABLE TO TUNE HALTEC?

Any competent tuner should have no problem after taking a few minutes to familiarize themselves with the Haltech interface. It is one of the best tuning interfaces available, I am sure they will be happy using the Haltech ECU Manager if they are used to FCON.

I think SGP is in your neck of the woods, or you can always head east and take it to Forged, or North and take it to Injected....

Didn't take my tuner long at all to figure it out, hes primarily a AEM shop (working on Hondas!)

Just let them see the manual and play around with the interface a bit and anyone can tune the car.
