Default GReddy E-manage, no software?

So here's the deal, i found a GReddy e-Manage unit for sale on craigslist. The guy claims it is new and in the box but doesn't have the software or USB cable. Where can I get the software at? He is asking $275 btw.
Also, I am a total noob when it comes to tuning and engine management, is this something that would be benefical to me having only bolt ons? Do I need to get a professional tune or can I download maps somewhere? Flame on if needed, I am in uncharted waters here haha

The eManage Blue is ok on previous generation cars, but if you search a few pages of the tuning section you'll find issue after issue with how the stock ECU controls everything and is in a constant state of flux. Every time you think you have the eManage Blue dialed in, the stock ECU will adjust and throw things off.

The eManage Ultimate is a far better device and even that unit isn't used very often on these newer Nissans for the exact same reason.

Easier to just have someone tune the car with ECU based software, and cheaper in the long run unless you like to constantly tinker away and don't get frustrated easily.
