I just switched from 440cc to 750 and a Walbro...I was running 450whp @ 8psi using the Maf sensor..I also Installed the Utec MAP sensor to tune via the sensor..Now im running into serious problems.

i downloaded the base map from turboxs and uploaded and my tuner modify it..but the problems are

As soon as I got WOT the car cuts out like a Boost cut but this is happening @ any psi...If I slowly accelerate the car gets into boost W/O problems..Also now the car doenst turn on no matter what I do..i removed the fuel pump switch and the car turns on and idle fine,but as soon as I connect the fuel pump It shuts off..Also When the car is idling if i give throttle the car does not accelerate no matter the position of the throttle..What can be the problem here thanks

 

sounds like its a bit rich. fp and 750's and your trying to use a "base" map from turboxs. you need to also check your parameters and settings on your utec since you did the map sensor. make sure you inputted the grace and intercept correctly also. it might be that. if you dont enter those numbers correctly with the tag that was given to you from them, then your map sensor might be ready xx psi and throwing it into boot cut.

 

My car was getting tune last week to rise the boost and same thing ... it was the map sensor that went bad... replaced and problem fix...

 

Where should I put this numbers??? I got the tag from turboxs..lmk thanks

 

Just go and get a re-tune. Better Safe than sorry......

 

Would love to..The problem is that the car is not running..when i connect the fuel Pump the car dies..when i disconnect it runs....

 

sounds like a seating problem with the fuel pump. make sure it seats all the way down. also, double check all lines including the siphon hose

 

the car was running after the injector,FP install..But the other day of the installation the car didnt start and looked like is flooded
