Pin 62 has not changed between the 03-06 years. Also it is ignition output #1, and you could also get it at the ignition coil if you wanted.

Has anyone heard about putting a meter on that pin and setting it to hertz and able to tell you RPM's. I am looking a small shift light and their website says if you can do this, then that pin will work with their unit?

I was looking into that as well for my 35anni Z but I think 05 Revup and 06+ had a different ecu layout than the 02-04. It is no longer pin 62.
I am having a hard time locating a tach signal for my VSD-X. Hopefully someone can chime in..

for the 06 rev up, pins are the same, wire colors are different. If you need the colors you can convert them using the 06 factory service manual.

i'm sure for a tach signal you need to use a coverter like the one used with the greddy emanage.
