Hi,
I recently installed a CJM fuel return system (stage 1) on my APS TT G35. The base pressure is now set at 65psi at idle. I want to lower it, but I can not go any lower than 60psi (I can go up to 85+ psi). I would like to set it around 48-50 psi at idle. Why is it that I can not get down that low? I'm using a Walbo 255lph.
Thanks!

For reference purposes, here is the answer from CJM. I'll give it a try and report back:

Follow the instructions in that link for installing the Walbro fuel pump.
Your fuel pressure issue is actually unrelated to the actual return fuel system, its a side effect of installing the Walbro fuel pump. The side effect is easily eliminated tho by following those instructions. You need to focus your attention on Part 2: Swirl Jet Modification Procedure (REQUIRED FOR GSS342)
This will fix your problems.
Thanks,
