i have a greddy emanage ultimate and im confused of what i need to buy so i can tune by my self.. i want to knoe if i have to buy and innovate lc-1 with xd-16 or only the lm-2 and they are a lamda cable to...im confused with all these..what i need???
I've got a Tuner Reg from TurboXS along with the O2 sensor if you want to consider that also. It does allow free air calibration. The display unit is kind of big is the only downside (though it has an analog output for another gauge). I've never tried innovate (and have Haltech WB now), but I've heard a number of folks that have said they tend to die.
What you need to do is buy the serial port for your EMU that attaches to a standard Bosch wide band o2 that you can pick up from Autozone. Put your laptop in your car, set a target A/F with your ultimate then start data logging. I highly recommend using a dyno....but that's up to you.
