I like Evo forum, it has many members like my350z.com. Also many tuners.

No, it was tuned by Brian at S&R Performance. The problem is that my car is fairly unique among VQ engines. I'm not sure if it's my cams, or the larger MAF tube, or what, but my car has some starting, keeping-running, and small stumble issues. My current tuner doesn't seem to be able to solve any of those issues, so I am researching things myself.
I have been an Osiris beta tester for quite a while. I am familiar with the Osiris ROM editor and real time tuning and moving maps, but I am not sure enough of my self to start changing the actual tune myself. I am close, but I want to be certain before I start changing things.
In my opinion, Osiris is more difficult to tune with than some of the other standalone units currently available. I used to use a Haltech and it is much friendlier to operate. That's not a knock against Osiris. Osiris is an interface to the Nissan ECU, which is not flexible.

best way to learn is under someone elses wing or doing it yourself, testing different motors/fuels/timing/spark plugs/everything. best self taught. lots of trial and error.
good luck asking a tuner for his secrets, especially for free.
