Unichip Advice
I've searched and read through the limited threads regarding the Unichip. It's clearly not the first choice in EMS tuning. Anyhow, I've come across one locally for a decent price and was hoping someone has some long-term experience with it. Does it perform like their website advertises? I have bolt-ons and I do not plan on going FI with my DD so a pre-mapped piggyback sounds decent to me for a few extra horsepower.

Reflash with dyno tune is your best option. Reflash e-tune is your second best option. Reflash E-Tune is where you take datalogs of your car and email them to us. We modify the map according to your log and send back. This does not require you to mail in the ecu, or any down time. It does require the addition of the connection cable. Avoid the unichip.
I'm happy to help answer any questions if you need.

I have experience with many ems options, and we even have the Unichip Pro Tuning suite... and I would still steer you away from it. It can be manipulated/calibrated into doing what you want, but there are much better(more power)/easier(to get the best tune for your vehicle) options such as the reflash I suggested.
