Question Cobb access port vs. ECU reflash

Hey guy just looking for a little insight here. I'm stuck with either buying the Cobb tuner or having Z1 motor sport re-flashing my ECU. When I was looking through the different post about the Cobb Tuner I didn't read any where where it said it would up the rev limit to 7100 and take the speed limit off. the ECU re-flash dose. Just not sure what to buy, thanks for your help.

Yes, the AP ups the rev limit.

your asking to buy 1 reflash something that can reflash multiple times. Sounds like a no-brainer.
