Default Utec or Uprev?

Ive narrowed it down to one or the other. Who suggests which unit and why.

Gonna run the 9psi on my procharger, 440cc injectors now but may change to 650cc, a fuel return system like aam stage 1 and an hpx maf.

No point in using an upgraded MAF with the UTEC. In boost the MAF signal is completely ignored (overridden by UTEC during boost).

I say go with what your tuner is more comfortable with. Each has it's up and down sides.

In that case go osiris... the stock ECU cannot adjust to the aftermarket MAF correctly without a reflash (e.g. Osiris)
