Every car is different. Even two cars that just rolled off the line in sequence. They are close enough that you could buy an off-the-shelf tune and see gains, but to truly get everything out of your car it needs to spend some time in the hands of a capable tuner.

I was wondering the same thing. DavesZ#3 you mentioned there are " piggyback chips " out there. Is this one of them? If so... do they really work? are they comperable with the ECU?
