cams may not be the best power for price for some people, but when you can get a set of new cams for $600 like I did, and install them yourself... it's a pretty damn good upgrade for NA once you have all your bolt-ons...
now the haltech isn't going to do crap for you in this situation except cause more problems.
if you have the HR get some K&N drop in's Motordyne ART pipes, a decent cat back, and find a good tune and you will be set.
cams for the HR are pretty limited anyways, I think JWT is the only one who makes them.
spend money from cams on someone who can do cam tuning on the HR. I bet you will get better results.
