Default Stuttering, rpm spikes and drops

Help needed.

Every now and then my car hesitates and stutters for a second and then it fine again.
I checked my data logs (haltech) and found AFR to be OK.
I checked rpm and ignition and found huge drops and spikes up to 9000rpm or drops to 200rpm for a split second.
My first thought was crank angle sensor, replaced this but the problem is still there and getting worst

Here's a data log

Could be cam sensor as well, start with intake cam sensor bank 1 (pass side).

Email me your log please.

Will do tomorrow when I have access to my email.
I did some searching and found some issues way back about APS claiming some trouble with crank angle sensor wire picking up noise, could this be similar?

^ this would be a very rare case if so, but not impossible. You can test the signals at the ecu connector with a scope to see if there are any problems. I think most of the shielded crank sensor problems were unichip specific.

I found it got worse traveling on bumpy roads, so I was thinking a bad connection or earth. Check everything on the cars side once more and nothing changed.

So drop the fuel pressure, took the Haltech out and run it partial throttle and no more stumbling. So it must be the Haltech or PnP harness then. Sad this Haltech is only month old after my tuner messed up my previous one.
F/I is killing me
