Uprev Base Rom Needed. Help?

Uprev Base Rom Needed. Help?
Alright so I won the Uprev Tuner version at ZDayZ this year. And well... I can't really do anything and go any further without have the base rom for my ECU. I have been looking and looking everywhere for it. Even email the one company about getting me the Base Rom today but I'm itching to much to play with it to wait. Anyone or any ProTuner willing to email the Base Rom for my ECU so I can get a start on it.
