Default couple questions for you uprev people

For Uprev people....I'm about to go purchase an uprev cable from a guy locally. I'm bringing my laptop to make sure we re-flash his ecu to stock and unmarry the cable(anyone know how to make sure it's unmarried properly question 1), and question 2.) My ecu already has an uprev tune on it, am I going to be able to put a new tune over the old one with the new cable. My old cable is long gone.

Is his cable & license a standard uprev (cipher cable), or it is an Uprev Tuner Version cable and license?

If you already have an Uprev license on your ecu you DO NOT need the Osiris standard cable, all you need is a basic cipher cable without the license. You can reflash your ecu as many times as you want but will need someone to tune it for you... Osiris standard doesn't let you tune it yourself. How much is he charging?
