Default Redline Adjusted for 1st Gear?

This may not even go here, so please move if needed.

So I took a quick video the other day, punching it and getting into 3rd gear in my 5at. Well I went back and watched the video and noticed the rpm from 1st to 2nd went all the way 7000?! But then from 2nd to 3rd, it shifted at normal redline of 6600. I had it in regular drive and not manual mode. Is this a tuning adjustment or what could this be? I haven't done a 3rd to 4th run to see what it shifts at yet, but I would assume it would shift at 6600 again. In manual mode I try to shift right at peak power according to my dynos, around 6300.

Here are freeze frames from the video. First is going from 1-2, and second is going from 2-3.

Shorter first gear and slow shifts of the auto plus the inertia from the engine revving up. Basically mechanical revs supersedes electronic control. Similar to a manual bouncing off the rev limiter it will go past redline.
