Default Uprev Osiris Wideband Question

On the UpRev website for the Osiris tuner it says
"2003 350Z, G35, GT350 (coupe), FX35, FX45 and 2004 Pathfinder, FX35, FX45, GT350 (coupe and sedan), will require the purchase of an Innovate Motorsports wideband for data logging the Air Fuel Ratios."
http://uprev.com/secure/store/management/osiris-tuner

However I have a 2006, not a 2003 350z.. so does this mean I do not need to buy the specific Innovative Motorsports AFR. I still want to have a Wideband gauge for my build, so can i use another brand and will it still connect to the data logger or whatever?

I am just very confused as I have never had any experience with this and I am trying to learn everything before I jump the gun and actually buy/install it.

If someone could clarify, it would be fantastic

Thanks!

2004+ Have them from factory. You do not need an external WB gauge.

You can use any wideband you want, your car has OEM widebands that you can datalog with Uprev, you don't need an aftermarket one. That would just be for you to look at.
