Default Timings & afr vq35de

Sup guys! I'm finally able to adjust my timings and AFR and I have a short qwestion:
Most of folks advancing their timings by 2°, but if I adjusting it by 2°, car ruining not as good as when I'm adding only 1° and heating(coolant about 210°f).
In the same time, I have 12.7 AFR and its defiantly gave me more power.
Question is: what is wrong with my car, why it's like 1°?

I have a plenum spacer 5/16, nismo CAI and HR Y-pipe only.
Any advise about what kind of settings have a sense to run? I can adjust AFR 14.3 or 12.7 and timings +/- 5°.
Thanks!

I'm not an uprev guy ... but please proof your post and use proper english...

If your car runs better using 1* increments then use 1* increments...

if your car is running above 210* then you have a cooling issues(not tuning issues, well-sounds like you have tuning issues)...sounds like your thermostat is either dysfunctional or you have air bubbles behind your thermostat (blown headgaskets)...
