it was dynosty, and i can't remember the specifics of the parts they were offering, which i need to confirm. they seem to have a good reputation in the z community.

bealljk, i'm compent to do most bolt-on upgrades and have a garage to do the work in, although i've never done something this involved before. that's why i decided to seek help with this. i was looking for salvaged z's in my area, and there's a few that caught my eye, but i'm trying to decide whether to work on my 5at first or to just get the 6mt and build from there. again, thanks for all of your help and advice!

I hear ya...working on my z has been one of the most gratifying & satisfying things I've done in my 36years on the green & blue marble...it's taught me many many many many things...some about cars, a little about life, some about people, alot about money, alot about myself...

as long as you're not a d-bag (which we've established that you're not) theres a wealth of knowledge on this forum and people will go out of their way to help...

a career coach once told me that 'people like to help people that are like themselves'

my vote is salvaged 6mt...

no matter what you do start a build page
