Do i need tune after plenum spacer?

I have a 2005 350z and i am planning to get a plenum spacer from Z1motorsports. I have currently have a AEM intake and a DC Sport catback. If i buy and install the spacer, will i need a tune?

It'd be ok run without a tune but to fully optimize your bolt-ons the right way to do it would be to get a tune.

I only have an Invidia Genesis exhaust system(cat back) and a Motordyne 5/16 spacer...I absolutely noticed a difference when I got it tuned. Can really feel it in 2nd, 3rd and 4th above 3k...tune showed 8 more HP and 15 more TQ. It was definitely worth it in my book.
