I am turning to the forums because Uprev decided they don't feel like answering my calls anymore. Great.

I was in the process of flashing my ECU. I got through the programming part and then was instructed to the vehicle off. After this, I got a prompt to turn the ignition back on. I did so, and the prompt stayed on the screen. I called tech support and John told me to disconnect the battery terminals and touch them together to drain the ECU power, and then call him back. I did this successfully, and have now spent over an hour trying to call back. No answer. I haven't tried turning the car back on yet. Did the tune fail? Has this happened to anyone? What should I do now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
