They hook up the same way. The II has additional features like two seperate data files and the ability to do finer adjustments.

Well with the S-AFC II you would be able to tune the car for both NA and nitrous. You would just switch between data file 1 or 2 depending on if you are using nitrous or not.

wouldn't it b easier just to tune jets? the one thing i'm worried about is since the ecu is always adjustin, wouldn't the s-afc need to b also. it would seem to me that u would b just b chasin the ecu around with your s-afc. dunno though; i have no experience with one.

Personally, if I were you I would go with a GReddy eManage over the SAFC-II. The eManage has WAY more functionality and it allows you to either adjust A/F by changing the MAF voltage or the better option which is to adjust the fuel injector pulse. Plus it's cheaper. The only catch is that you need a laptop computer in order to tune. Otherwise you have to get the Profec E-01 unit as well, which is another few hundred bones, but with that, you could hook in a wideband sensor and have a complete A/F monitoring/adjusting setup.

I've got the eManage in my car, but unfortunately I can't really do much with it until I get my wideband.

profec e-01 is a boost controller, isn't it? does it also have a/f adjustment features? how does a wideband sensor install? sorry for all the q's. thanks for the help though.

Yeah, I was incorrect, the Profec E-01 is the main unit with the boost controller included. What I was talking about was just the E-01 unit. This is the best site for anything you want to buy having to do with the eManage. The E-01 lets you program the eManage and control all the functions just like you would be able to do with a laptop. As for hooking up the A/F, you need to buy the "external signal harness" (only $19.00) and then you can hook the analog signal from most Wideband A/F gauges (AEM, Wideband Commander, etc) and it will allow you to monitor your A/F on the screen too. This functionality is only available with the E-01, it is not an option with the base eManage unit itself.

I hope that helps.
