I lost my daddy last year and decided this year at the anniversary of his leaving, that I'm going to do something glorious to honor him, so I've planned a Charity Event November 1, 2008 from 8-5 to benefit LifePath Hospice.

SO PLEASE, either participate (sorry, not a road race, just a fun rambling ride, plus wear your pirate rags! ARRRG!), or come out to Quaker Steak & Lube and for $10 donation to Hospice...show off your beautiful ride! Since this is for Charity...there are no awards, but you will receive a ticket to win prizes at 5:00! The show at QS&L starts at 12 and goes until 8.

NOTE: If you, or someone you know, can help host/organize the car show...call me, I could really use your help. If you can make it a juried show and sponsor the prizes...EVEN BETTER. I need you! Though I want to make this the most incredible event, I can't do it all alone.

Strap on your rebellious Pirate rags and ride a rambling gamble for gold and booty, 'cross 3 counties, 121 miles of land n' sea, armed with your treasure map to fun and prizes! This adventure is for the well-weathered, not for the faint o' heart, mateys!

CAR CLUBS & BIKE CLUBS WELCOME.
This is a 3-county bike or car run to pick up chances to win prizes at the final stop (Quaker Steak & Lube).
There will also be an ARTS & TREASURES show all day (12-8) at Quaker Steak & Lube, (we still need artists and vendors - $30 donation to Hospice, plus a $5+ valued item for a gift basket giveaway) and live entertainment and the prize giveaways start around 5:30. We have a TENTATIVE CAR & BIKE SHOW planned ($10 donation to display vehicles), so bring out your hot rides! (Since this is a charity event, prizes are not being awarded to show vehicles, sorry. Bragging allowed!!).Great for the entire family!
