I would consider it, but I was planning on stopping in NO because I have a friend who lives in Baton Rouge whom I wanted to stop by and visit.

It would be easy for you to take the carvan into Louisiana and then split off on I-12 to Baton Rouge, then if you wanted to you could rejoin the caravan the next morning in Lafayette when I-12 and I-10 merge back together.

Thanks for that Bryan. Has Russell selected a hotel to accomodate us yet? I assume he'd want us all together so as to not get splintered and loose people in the fray.
I imagine somewhere on the outskirts of the city?

How are you getting to GA? If you want, maybe we can meet up and roll down together. Your coming quite a ways if your driving.

That could work. Google Maps has me going I-78 -> I-81 -> I-85 in Charlotte. Google Maps puts it at about a 15 hour drive, so I may start driving late Wednesday night to get there (the hotel) by Thursday afternoon.

Question my first track day

This will be my first track event and my first time at TGP. I was trying to do some research on the track and the web site gave info on clockwise and counter clockwise driving. Does anybody know which one I should be looking at??
