Nice sizes, good stuff. I just scored a set of used NT01s in 18s for zdayz, no sense in poking around on my 17s if I don't have to. 275/35/18 and 315/30/18. Wish they would make a 295/35/18 for the front, but oh well.

[QUOTE=Sisko99;7242463]Geez....talk about contact patch. I have a feeling some of you guys have the weight distributed enough that you could make it across the river on those tires.[QUOTE]
I'd have to get a pretty good running start, but as I remember the Mini that tried is still in the river up there.

bring two bottles and she gets a shirt. Seriously though, no guest dont get shirts. The $15 difference between being a primary and a guest is the cost of the tshirt. If she wants one, then register her as a primary instead of guest. If you have already registered shoot me an email and we can take care of it offline. My first comment stands, bring two bottles of laughing gas and she can have any shirt she wants, LOL.
I will be sure to catch up with you Lightning guy, I will have the only white 07 from Ohio there, It looks like.

Just remember to put it in ballons, NEVER take a hit off of the bottle.
We had a fun" day" a few weeks back and it rained hard for most of the day. Even with the "skinny" 275/255 setup on the Z, that video isn't far from what happens with fat tires and water.
Just to give you an idea, my brother and I drove each others cars and the wife's Scion tC that day. When the track was dry, we were able to lay down times that were 5-6 seconds faster than the Scion. Once the track got soaked, the gap was only about one second.

Justin, why dont you use your mad graphics skills and make an image of that critter that we can get cut into vinyl, ther eis the SBC and now the JCL, LOL.
Fat(er) race tires > fat street tires.
you're preaching to choir my fellow track *****, preach away. I always wondered why Nissan but such narrow tires on the car, that was until I started driving the wide ones in the rain. The lightning came with 295s on all four corners so was I use to it, but it was a ton heavier too. When I put the 315s and 335s on the L it was horrible in the rain, worse than the 285/295 combination I run now.
It brought my times down, but it was very spooky feeling.

I swapped out my 225 snow tires (all around) for the summer 245/275 staggered combo. About teh second day it poured. Needless to say I scared myself on an ugly hydroplane. Snow tires would never have done that. Phew!!
