Yeah, food is always tough. trying to make hot dogs for 400 would be tough. Still trying to find that magic food that won't get screwed up when cooked for 400+ people. I kind of liked the concept with the Pizza. no waiting. So I haven't started negotiations with FVR yet, but I was thinking:
family style (everything already on the table with Sterno or ice):
pulled pork barbque
Potatoe salad
Cole slaw
and other stuff for one meal
Not sure what to do for the other meal. Ideas?

Not in our cabin... We had gourmet every night.

Our cabin cooked every night except maybe the last. I left my fried turkey leg Jeff gave me on the counter and when I came back it was just bones

OK. noted. I try to have vegetarian substitues for our non-flesh eating friends. I'm not completly sold on pork, just tired of eating chicken all the time.
I might do beef brisket bbq instead.
