Beef sounds great. It's just pig meat that I don't eat.

I want some of that grape drank again this year!

How about burgers? I wish we could get that little Mexican Restaurant to cater one of the meals! Some of the best Fajitas Ive ever had! I think it was in Calderwood? or was it Townsend?

I would love to be able to bring outside caterers in. FVR just wont allow it, and there really isn't a place big/close enough to feed us. kind of stuck with them at this point, and there isnt anywhere close enough to move the event, plus I think most people dig the village.

Spaghetti / Garlic Bread
Burgers
BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Lasagna
Sloppy Joes
Meatloaf
Baked Ham
Baked Turkey
Jambalaya
Gumbo
I'll do some more research and try and make some more suggestions

Lasagna -- haven't thought of that one
Sloppy Joes -- see chili remark
Meatloaf -- no thanks
Baked Ham -- already had comments of folks that don't eat piggy
Baked Turkey -- can I here deep fried turkey
Jambalaya -- I doubt anyone other than a cajun could make this proper
Gumbo -- see ^
I'll do some more research and try and make some more suggestions
