I haz projector. Remind me in a few weeks, though. It's not on my normal ZDayz packing list.

 

I have my projector we used to bring a couple years back, to play movies and that days videos on the side of the cabin. Problem is I have more important things to pack and bringing the GF takes up so much space.

So how is the Dinner going to work with this many people. Their hall was packed last wear with 300. Are we going to have multiple dinner times?

 

Yes, dinner will be in rotations according to Bryan's post on the Facebook page. Also it sounds like we'll move tables out and arrange things accordingly to allow for the awards banquet. I guess if we end up with just as many onsite registrations, we could be faced with an outside awards banquet on the ball field. I think the ZDayz staff is trying to be prepared for everything possible this year.

It's looking like this year will be epic both from an event, vendor/manufacturer participation, attendance, etc. - I can't wait! It's like I'm a kid waiting for Christmas!!!

We may have to stuff the goodie bags with complimentary shoe horns to help all of us fit on site.

 

For the ZdayZ staff, how many of the pre-registered, how many are showing? Are we out-growing the infield?

 

We've got over 140 showing, and possibly. Nissan will have their tent out on the field as well and we'll survey it all out when we get there to make sure everyone gets visibility plus a safe place to park.
