the latest happy customer: mike_eeee
Pretty standard stuff, but again. its for 06 lights.. 03 should be pretty simple too. ( this was pre final assembly, as you can see theyre not sealed yet FYI. Sti lens and low gloss hi temp black)
I'm not a vendor tho, im just a dude who does em and seals em well w the right stuff. People have asked me to do theirs too and ship em to me, to which i oblige.

sealing them fully would create day to day condensation like dew on grass in the morning. There has to be a way to equalize the temperatures between inside the light and outside the light.. all sealed headlights are actually vented.
There's an elbow fitting that looks like elbow macarroni by the ballast cap.. when ppl run w out fender liners, that elbow is exposed and water goes right in the light, regardless of proper sealing of the lens itself.
The elbow has sponge inside it to help eliminate a direct in to your headlight, but its still very vulnerable. Very much so. All lenses will get some fog.. but water beads are due to straight up moisture getting in the light..

just some fyi for anyone searching later on who might catch the thread.
