Hey everyone. I just bought my 04' Z last week after selling my 03' Cobra. Here is a vid of me racing my friends slightly modded 94' Cobra. My Z is completely stock. Needless to say the people on the SVTCobra forum were not happy with the results. Enjoy.

nice kill! your friend must have been pretty pissed. how do you like your Z so far? how is the Z compared to the cobra you just sold?

 

The Z has no where near the power of the 03' Cobra but the Z is an all around better car and is more fun to drive. I had so many warrenty issues with the Cobra that I had to get rid of it.
My friends a good sport and I am sure he will get me back after he installs the gears, cam, and heads he has planned.

 

You got rid of the 03 Cobra?!?!?!? kenne bell? turbo?= 800+ hp... don't u miss it? i wanted one before i got the Z... insurance was a B**** so i didn't get one

 

I have a video of my run against a 95 Cobra, with mods, and a 98 Cobra, stock. Both lost, although with the mods the 95 ran the exact same time and a simlar trap speed. I had a better r/t though.

nice kill but didn't the 94-95 Cobras only have like 250 hp?

 

I think they were less than that. He dynoed at 247rwhp with his mods however so we were probably pretty even. Now he has gears in so he will probably take me.
