Default Very short video clip

Check out this very short video that a friend of mine did using my Z for a class project. What do you think?

Enjoy.

Looks like someone just watched "The Run" before making this. I like it, makes me want to go cruising in my Z despite the crap weather.

Whenever someone links to a video from that site, all I get is crappy sound and no video. What gives? Do I need something more than WMV to use these videos?

Nice work for a school project. My only comment has to do with the fact that by the time we see and hear the third shift (or was it the fourth?) the speedo only reads about 60mph or thereabouts. I certainly don't condone speeding on public roads for the sake of art but 60???????!!!!!!!!!!!! A little creative work in aftereffects could make that speedometer read 160!

You are certainly correct that 60 is to slow for the action; however, please remember that is is a class project and not necessarley meant to be 100% accurate. The original concept was for a 0-60 run, and the shifting is in there just to add a little drama. I am sure if this was a professional ad then things would be more reflective of actual speeds and shifts.

And actually, the scene coming round the corner and down the hill was closer to 90 Just sticking with the concept, thats all.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I am sure there will be more videos in the future.

I can't answer that. Try another browser like firefox and see if that works for you.

You could also try ffdshow http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow It plasys almost anything.
