They are using standard units. 49kg-m translates to 355lb-ft.

I give respect to those cars, I met an older guy driving one in Yuma when I was driving out here from Cali and he had a NA Tib that was putting down 300whp. We did a run on the freeway and that thing got up pretty good, I still walked on him but I gave him his props.

300whp N/A tib? Sorry, but I'm gonna have to call bull****. I used to have a tib myself and know more than anyone else on here about them.

As far as I'm concerned best N/A v6 tib has somewhere in 220whp area, best v6 with a S/C putting down somewhere in 320-340whp, there are some crazy I4's though. There are a few that are putting down close to 400whp and some over.

Im just going by the dyno sheet he had. He had cams, port and polish and a fully built bottom end. Said he was running 13.5:1 compression ratio. I ran with him and I know for a fact his Tib would have killed ANY non-FI 350Z I have seen. I don't know sh*t about Tib's just stating what I saw, that is it.

You sure it wasn't supercharged? I've been on forums for a long time and as I said fastest N/A v6 puts down like 220whp.

Yes Im sure, He didnt have any FI on his car what so ever. He was just an older guy probably 50 or so that built a high compression engine.

I have no idea if he goes on the forums. The Tib is dark Blue and I know he is a retired Diesel Mechanic. He had 3 in dual exhaust with straight pipes, Headers, Cold Air Intake, Built Bottom End, Cams, Port and Polish Heads 13.5:1 compression and a bunch of other sh*t I don't remember he told me about when we were talking. I talked with this guy for about an hour because his car looked so nice.
