I think I would agree with playa6tnine 100%. No way any form of the Z weighs 2600 LBS. And stuff over there is priced the same as it is here for the most part but the exchange rate is about 1.5 times higher, so a $26,000 saloon (as I've heard them call their cars - and the hood is a bonnet right guys?
) would go for about US $39,000.
Someone already pointed out that the Z is offered as a base and GT model over there. I'm guessing it's a base from the price but the brakes did look gold colored.

I see I backed up the wrong name
Bad copy and paste. My 1.5 exchange rate was probably 10 years old. Only story I have to go buy. My boss entertained a business contact from Wales and he was buying a bunch of stuff to take back home because the price tags basically say the same thing in dollars and pounds but when you factor in the exchange rate things are dirt cheap in the US. He also laughed at my boss for using Pounds. I guess they all go by Quids? Same thing as a pound. Maybe our English friends can set us all straight after they stop laughing or being offended
