Turbo 95 Cobra
Just alittle vid that my buddy sent me. He just got done installing his turbo and is in the tuning stages. He is only pushing 7psi now, but he is shooting for 12psi and around 450rwhp. Hope you enjoy.

Wow, dont hold anything back guys. I dont see how the video is horrible and I am sorry it is not some crazy fast 400rwhp Z ..... Sorry he doesnt have 30k to spend on a turbo Z, but personally I find the car pretty cool and I even said it was only running 7psi. I understand that everyone has the right to own option, but I guess some people will just hate on others.

No disrespect, and not being a hater because I really can care less. That does not seem fast the least bit for what the mods call for. A good tune can fix that right up I am assuming.

For what the mods call for it? The only power mod is a small turbo at 7psi on a stock 11 year old LONGblock with 170k miles on it. I'd say it's not too shabby. Stock block, pistons, rods, heads, cam, upper/lower intake....hell even stock exhaust manifolds.
I knew I should of consulted the guys at my350z before I built my car

I was not trying to impress anyone by posting the video. Honestly if I knew if would of caused all this I never would of posted it. I like the car and personally thought it was a cool video....so I posted it.

Yeah, I need to go the Hyndai forum because I think they're the only ones that would appreciate someone building a complete drivetrain, standalone computer, and turbo kit, then tuning it myself. It's not about how blinding fast the car is, because right now it isn't at all, but most people think a turbocharged V8 is pretty sweet.
No, not really. There are people called automotive enthusiasts that give it props for what's done to it and the work I put in it.
It may be a 12 sec ride now, but it's 11 years old and I'm boosting a completely stock longblock with 170,000 miles on it....and guess what, unlike Alberto's brand new 12sec turbo car, my hasn't blown yet....

whoever said a 60mm turbo is good for 450rwhp doesnt know what they are talking about. HP makes a single kit for 5.0s that i have seen two cars dyno in the mid to upper 500's for rwhp on bone stock cobra motors(94-95)
they are good to around 600rwhp
and for the poster. did he build this kit using the stock manifolds?
