I was really impressed when I heard the APS BOV I love it, I did a short little vid to hear the turbos and exhaust. I will make a better video later.

Sounds good, but get an HKS SSQV BOV and you'll love your car even more.

 

I rode in a 350zTT APS last week at Z1 Motorsports in Carrolton, GA. Absolutely awesome on stock internals--the sound was throaty all the way through and the power just pressed me against the seat. I was not ready for that -- it took a few passes on their runway before I could sit up and look ahead w/o my stomach turning. I'm purchasing my APS kit by the end of the month. They have my 94TT 300zx now --doing the 500hp pack on it --so I can't wait to get that one back. TT is definately insane.

 

Yeah I love mine! I just need some tires!! Maximum did you have to re-tune or anything when putting that BOV on?

 

Nope, don't need to. It did not effect my tune or my A/F readings.

 

Didn't need to retune, just had to add a cup of rice to his tank at each fill up to keep his AFRs on

I loved mine, but on a stock block, I got tired of the power quickly...

 

Another thing to think about when adding the HKS is the unwanted attention your car will get from buzzards and turkey vultures.

 

it's really not my cup of tea either but, that's the great thing about customization.

 

Unneccary, even though you dont like the sound..its his choice. Grumpy fart. Personally, I dont mind the sound, its the nasty surge it causes. Friend has it on his supra, nasty nasty surge at 16psi on a 60mm turbo.
