during the first lap i was dissapointed but after that the z looked pretty good, i figured it would have beat the s2000 by a bigger margin.

I can translate some of it. According to the guy on the Z, go home s2k and just watch some bukake movies. you can't hang with the Z!

All i know is that Honda increased the stroke a bit to add torque. (consequently lowered the 9k redline to 8200rpm)

 

I'm very surpried on how strong that S2K ran, especially out of the corners. Nice vid.

 

I was kinda surprised that the Z was catching the S2k in some of the corners.

 

I have the full video. The nismo Z was faster than the amuse s2k and the porsche cayman S in the slolam and emergency lane changes by a few seconds (very significant!). The nismo Z was overalll a better car than the cayman S, but not vs the Z4M.

A clutch delay valve was added in '06..A little bit slower shift's.

What intrested me, was how the Z could not catch the S2000 on the straight aways...If it wasn't for that mess up in the corner where the Z overtook the S, I don't think he was catching him.

^ ummm what mess up??? overall the guy in the Z seemed to be a bit more chilled/relax driving, almost as if pacing the S2K....as opposed to the S2K driver...he was going insane the whole way. Nice vid

yea the vid alone shows the driver in the Z taking shifts very calmly not evening redlining each gear or even heal toe shifting on the apexs. While the s2k was ***** out. What should surprise you is that a Z weighs how much is on the s2ks *** which is one of the best handling FRs out Nows whos your daddy. Not even power wise handeling they both looked on par with the turn in deeper on the Z> But im sure that he couldve ran that HR harder . Trust

Why was this in the rain? And did anyone else notice the Z on the Caymans ***? Looked like if it were dry the Z would come in 2nd by a good margin, maybe even first. Thats amazing considering how the other cars have more power and weigh less. (Z4 at least)

 

I knew it happened sometime ago, just not exactly sure when. Sorry for not paying that much attention to the Honda scene.
