no, the loud "boom" when he shifts and the "rattling" is from the aftermarket LSD such as Kaaz and Cusco and Tomei units. its possibly set to very aggressive as my friends z i rode in many times has his Kaaz LSD set to full aggressive and sounds exactly like that when he shifts and makes turns
