Default BRZ Autocross Video

This past weekend, I started practicing in the car I plan on driving at Dixie this year. **Update...2nd place at Dixie. Video in post #4**

I don't know if it's "the car to have" or not in CS, but I LOVE these cars!

I'm sharing my second fastest run of the day because I think it's more interesting/less boring than my fastest run. (Because I got greedy in the last slalom on this run)

Another event and another perspective. (My fastest run this time)

An unusual amount of "wobbled" cones. I guess the guy that ran before me had excellent placement and the workers were mesmerized by his driving.

Nice videos! My other car is an FR-S, which I've autocrossed and tracked the past 1.5 yrs. I agree with you, they're a ton of fun out there.

Shot of my FR-S at SP Shenandoah:

Good luck with the burrz at Dixie!

Back from Dixie!

Ended up 2nd in a 14-driver class.

We discovered an alignment issue on day one and fixed it that night. The car felt great on day two though.

Here's my best run from day 2:

Saw that on Facebook. Wish there was some on-board footage. Sorry to hear about your car, too.

Thanks. The car was sticking better than it had in the last three months (once we fixed the alignment) so I kept turning in a little too early for my lines, and having to correct. There were a lot of "double inputs" on the video, and a couple other small mistakes, but I was otherwise happy with the run.

It was nice meeting you. I was working the sharp 90 when you were driving. I thought you were running that element pretty well. (The outside video doesn't do it justice)

Did you nail down what broke?

Not the sweeper, I couldn't see it well from my location. -The 90 degree pinch before the slalom on day one. -After the slalom on day two. (right in front of station 2)
