well in either case if you are seriously going to go FI then you would be wasting your money especially if you swap the VQ37VHR in . First off you would have over heating issues out the ***, second when you step into FI both the VQ35HR and VQ37VHR have the same "Safety" limit of 400whp on stock internals , yes theres people that say their 370Z made 450+whp on the dyno that doesnt mean thats what they run all day long and if it is all day long then it wont be for much longer lol.

I have an HR and the only complaint I have about it is that theres not as much development for it as there is for the DE, VHR owners also would say the same. So If I were you I would stick with your engine and build it and go FI or strap on a nitrous kit for now properly tuned to use a 75shot for instant 310+whp.

I suggest you go over to some other sites as there are several GTM 370z's and g37's pushing over 500whp safely.... I would provide links, but those sites cannot be linked to this one...

Yeah like I said, a dyno print out with 500whp is something that can be done during the tune session after that anyone can leave a shop and say thats what the car is making all day long and if it is it wont be for much longer not unless the rods and pistons have been replaced with forged components ? Maybe you misunderstood what they said, even if you look at gtmotorsports.com at the 500hp package for the 370Z the engine build states the engine is good for 450-500BHP which is not the same as 450-500WHP as I stated above.

I understand what you're saying. I understand the differences between bhp and whp... I would look at some other sites though before you say that though. There has been plenty of HR and VHR motors TT'd with that same whp that run on the street that have held up quite a while. Remember the g37 TT kit came out a long time ago.
