Default The wait is over.....Stillen Header Dyno results!!!

Just came back from technosquare and my results are in. As many people predicted there was not much gain from these headers in peak gains. However the whole car feels much faster due to the gain throughout the whole rev range. Very usable power was gained and the way the car feels and drives makes me satisfied. I also have pics of the headers side to side with the manifolds that i will post toamrrow. A/F went from 13.4 to 13.5 so not bad. The sound of the exhaust did not increase at all but maybe made the engine noise increase a tad bit. My final consensus on these headers is that they are not worth it for the money/WHP ratio but do not have any negatives to it other than that. If you have the money they are amazing headers but if you are strapped for cash i'd say pass these up and buy something else. To each his own. Anyway here is the dyno. Red line is after install and black is before. Baseline numbers were 293.2 WHP 247.8 WTQ. Now all thats left is your decision on whether these are worth it to you. Enjoy and I hope these help your modding decisions.

EDIT: Temperture and humidity from both days were relatively similar

Nice. Thanks for the feedback and dyno numbers.

What's next? I'd consider a lightweight flywheel or some 3.9 or 4.10 gears.

Does that include a reflash after the headers?

I am getting the UR crank pulley installed on saturday and redynoing on tuesday. Can't get a lightweight flywheel cause i have an auto.

And no, this is on the stock ECU with no reflash or tune. After i dyno the UR pulley im going to reflash and tune the same day. I have more mods than last time i got the reflash and i got 17whp from the last time. More mods so more corrections will be needed so im hoping for like 20WHP from that. We'll soon see...

That's impressive... I think I see myself buying myself these headers in the future... installing them with berks HFCs and removing the stock headers & cats at the same time.

It will save me trouble and money.

Looks like the HR responds better to headers. Good news.

No, but if you put them on... nobody will ever know... unless you fail smog, I think with a stock cat on you'll probably still pass.

Before we start spreading the word, I suggest we evaluate more before/after dyno sheets rather than making our decision solely on a single dyno. I am in no way undermining the OP's before/after numbers, I just believe we should be cautious as we approach our conclusions.

$200 every year?! I was thinking somewhere along the lines of $20-30.

I am even more satisfied with my Berks now.
