Couple issues i've experienced ..with my 07
The problem is the clutch slave cilinder slleve which is located inside the transmission housing... it splitts and leaks the fluid inside the transmission. technicians tend to go to the easiest step, which is replacing the clutch master cylinder, which, if it fails will cause the same symptom, so make sure you take to the dealer, have them inspect it.... if sticks once, it will stick all the time... and some times, a failed clutch slave cilinder may damage ur clutch as well... nissan already knows of the issue, but has not issued a TSB yet... in florida at least 3 cars were lemon lawed b/c of this problem
what i noticed today ...going like 40-48mph and 80-85mph ..but im sure it happens during other speeds
Im crusing..i push the pedal in alittle and i hear whinning noise..no idea where its coming from or wtf it is. Depress the gas pedal and fine...push it in and hear whine..wtf..shi9ts annoying on the highway

How many miles did you guys have on your car when the clutch problem started. I only have 3000 on mine. This happened to my S2000 though and I could never figure it out. Thats why I sold it and got a Z! But now im hearing the same stuff...

It happened around 3500 on my Z. Be on the look out for the clutch pedal dropping and staying there. At the beginning you'll be able to pop it back up to restore pressure but eventually it will fall and stay there.
