Additional Mods??
If you will read my first post. I do believe that aftermarket headers could in fact yield additional horsepower. However, generally speaking, headers + installation will run you nearly a grand. Now, headers for the DE's made maybe 15 hp tops. Headers for the HR are probably going to give significantly less. Maybe 5-8 to the wheels. Now, if you think spending a grand for a mere 5-8 hp, than more power to you. My orignal post never said anything about aftermarket headers being completly uselss. Simply said, for the amount of money invested, I don't believe it's worth it.
It's not about peak and whp. It's about area under the curve and torque, which most people (like you are right now) overlook.

Yes area under curve is important.. but no one knows the realistic numbers until proven.. so until then everything is speculations, predictions and assumptions. Time will tell..
