I wish I could print this whole thread off and give it to this guy that comes to the hang out with his 07 Z he claims it makes 400 hp and blah blah blah so finally one night I shut him down with information and then raced him and my stock Z just so happened to walk out on a 400 hp 07 Z..... Interesting.

 

what all does he have done to it? or claim to have done to it?

 

Nismo intake, Nismo exhaust and tune.......

I laughed in his face for the most part. He said he could feel 20hp in his seat with just an intake. My repsonse LOL when did nissan start puting *** dyno's on there seats?
His response " I should punch you in the face"

Then we have another guy who says he has supercharged nismo edition the supercharges are in the cylinders. True story......

Please don't discourage K&N or aftermarket filters as we make all our profits [engine replacements] from ring and bearing wear caused by the dirt.

Anyways, back on topic! So, when one is to get an HR and get some of the standard bolt-ons including intakes... would a tune boost the result on a dyno?

Just throwing it out there... but so far OEM FTW i assume? Lolz.
